Tsujita was founded in 2003 in Tokyo. Since then, the Tsujita restaurant company has expanded to 18 different stores all across Japan. Killer Noodle opened in 2017 as the first American branch of Seito Masamune Tantanmen Tsujita. The American branch has now extended to 3 locations across California and Texas, and we are only just getting started!
